This agreement is concluded, regardless of the purpose of the visit, between the users (both individuals and legal entities) of the D4P COUTURE website and its sub-pages, hereinafter referred to as User and D4P COUTURE.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT – visiting the site or its subpages is considered an implicitly accepted agreement between the User and D4P COUTURE.

USER OBLIGATIONS – the user is obliged to provide correct and valid data, especially in order to honor his orders. The user is obliged to immediately communicate to us in writing any complaint or observation related to the products offered by D4P COUTURE.

To order you have three options:

Register on the site and use the shopping cart, mentioning the desired quantity.
Contact us by phone at the number displayed on the contact page and tell us what you need. If you need anything, you can contact us regardless of the method chosen for ordering, we are at your disposal with information about products or using the online store.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS – for information related to delivery and returns, visit the Delivery Policy page. WE PROVIDE A RETURN GUARANTEE WITHIN 10 DAYS for any product listed on the site, provided that it is communicated in writing before the return.
PAYMENT – Information regarding product and shipping prices can be found on the website and also appears in the order form. These amounts will be confirmed by phone by the User when contacted by someone from our team! Payment is made by card online! All prices displayed include VAT DE 21 % and may change without prior notice.
