Return policy

Romanian legislation in the field regarding electronic commerce and the regime of distance contracts (Ordinance no. 130/31.08.2000, supplemented by Law no. 51 of January 21, 2003 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000) provides: “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product”.

Thus, you can return any product ordered from our virtual store within 10 days. The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless there is a valid reason for it (defect or wrong product compared to what was ordered). 

. The contract can only be terminated in writing. Only products that have not been picked up from our premises can be returned under these laws. The only condition is that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered (with the original packaging and accompanying documents). Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return, we will exchange the respective product for another one, at the customer's choice, within the limit of available stock. The return costs will be borne by the buyer. The transport and insurance costs of the goods will not be refunded.

You cannot return a product that has defects caused by you. We ensure that the products on our site reach you in the best conditions.

At the same time, the following is stipulated: “The consumer cannot unilaterally terminate contracts for the supply of products made to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate quickly”, in other words, products that have been personalized at the express request of the customer cannot be returned. The return of the products will be at the customer's expense, using the same shipping service with which the shipment was made. The returned products will be insured during transport at the customer's expense.

If you were sent a different product than the one you ordered, you can return it. We will cover all shipping costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package. If the product is no longer in stock, you will have the opportunity to select other products from our website within the limit of the amount paid to us.

To return the product, you must write to us at contact@d4pcouture.com. Send the package with the received product to an address that will be communicated by our operators. The shipping fees, in this case, will be borne by you.
